Premature ejaculation

Does any of this sound familiar?

E

Premature ejaculation means frustration and disappointment—you want to fully enjoy intimacy and satisfy your partner, but before you know it, it’s over in just a few moves.

E

With solo sex it doesn’t seem like such a big issue—you can last much longer. But the moment you’re with a partner, control slips away. And the more you try to relax and hold back, the quicker it happens.

E

It’s not just you who’s frustrated—your partner is too. Whether they tell you outright or not, you sense they want more.

E

Over time, your confidence takes a hit, and the pressure to perform only makes things worse. You may even start avoiding sex and intimacy altogether.

E

You feel disconnected from your body, annoyed by this part of yourself, and struggle to maintain a deep intimate connection with your partner.

E

You’re not interested in temporary fixes like numbing creams or pills—you want real, lasting control over your orgasm. But where do you even start?

Premature ejaculation is often linked to stress, performance anxiety, tension, and insecurity, all of which disconnect you from your body and natural sexual confidence. Excessive porn use can also play a role, reinforcing habits that make lasting longer more difficult. Are you ready to break free from this cycle and finally take control over when you ejaculate?

How I Can Help You Last Longer & Overcome Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is far more common than you might think. While some cases have a genetic component, it’s usually linked to stress, tension, performance anxiety, or a lack of awareness about your own body and arousal process.

Many men feel intense pressure to perform, often fueled by porn, past negative experiences, or self-doubt. If you’ve ever struggled with sexual anxiety, shame, or a fear of disappointing your partner, you’re not alone—and these feelings can make lasting longer even harder. Over time, this can create a cycle of frustration and avoidance, making intimacy feel more stressful than enjoyable.

The good news? You can take control. Through a personalized program, I’ll help you build confidence, understand your body, and develop proven techniques to manage arousal, delay ejaculation, and fully enjoy sex—without stress or pressure. You’ll learn to relax, tune into your body’s natural rhythm, and rediscover pleasure in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Pelvic Therapy

Integral Pelvic Therapy (IPT) is a complementary therapy that takes a holistic approach to pelvic health and well-being. This method uses both external and internal fascia release techniques to help restore balance in the pelvis. Beyond the pelvis, IPT also focuses extensively on the abdomen and respiratory diaphragm to address interconnected tension patterns.

IPT works on multiple levels, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic layers that contribute to (chronic) pelvic pain or other pelvic-related issues. Where appropriate, I integrate principles and techniques from Somatic Experiencing to help process and release underlying trauma, supporting deeper healing. Whenever pelvic tension plays a part in your inability to orgasm, pelvic therapy can be a very effective option.
