Rates

Below you will find a detailed overview of the rates for my trajectories and treatments. If you purchase any of these as a private individual, then all prices quoted include VAT. If you purchase these prices as a company/business, then the stated prices are exclusive of VAT.

These rates are not reimbursed by health insurers. Some employers do reimburse treatments under an employee wellness or vitality budget. You can discuss this with your employer.

People with a minimum income who cannot afford my rates can contact me for a different arrangement. I offer a limited number of places per year with a discount.

Trauma healing

Sessions for the body-oriented healing of trauma and chronic stress, based on Somatic Experiencing. There is also an option for massage after trauma.  

1:1 trajectory with Somatic Experiencing

  • Package 5 sessions: € 550,-
  • Package 10 sessions: € 1000,-
  • Single session: € 115 (possible if you have purchased a package before)

Trauma massage

  • Single massage for trauma: €120
  • Package 3 sessions: €330,-

Care for your pelvis

You can choose pelvic therapy or pelvic massage. To reduce or eliminate pelvic complaints, and for a better  connection with your entire pelvic region.

Pelvic Therapy (Integral Pelvic Therapy) 

  • Full intake: € 95 (mandatory prior to a first trajectory, and is free of charge if you purchase a package.)
  • Package 3 sessions: €600,-
  • Package 6 sessions: €1150,-
  • Single session: € 220 (possible if you have purchased a package before).

Pelvic massage

  • Single pelvic massage: € 120
  • Package 3 sessions: € 330,-

Sexuality & intimacy coaching

Online sessions to take strides towards a fulfilling sexuality and deeper intimacy. Women can opt to combine this with yoni egg teachings.

Online trajectory intimacy coaching

  • Package 5 sessions:  €550,-
  • Package 10 sessions: € 1000,-
  • Single session: € 115 (possible if you have purchased a package before)

Online trajectory yoni egg & intimacy coaching

  • Package 5 sessions:  €550,-
  • Package 10 sessions: € 1000,- (yoni egg not included)
  • Single session: € 115 (possible if you have purchased a package before)

Combined trajectory

If your wish or desires lies at the intersection of two or more of these pillars, then you can opt for a combined trajectory, tailor made to your situation.  

Tailor made combined trajectory

  • Package of 10-12 sessions
  • Prices depend on the choices we make together for your journey. We will discuss this in detail beforehand.
  • Examples:
    – Trajectory of 12 sessions with 5 somatic experiencing sessions, 5 x intimacy coaching and 2 x pelvic massage: € 1250,-
    – Trajectory of 10 sessions with 5 x pelvic therapy (IPT) and 5 x somatic experiencing sessions: € 1550,-
    – Trajectory of 10 sessions with 6 x somatic experiencing sessions and 4 x trauma massage: € 1100,-
